Placing an order

Sales tax is calculated according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Returns & Exchanges

Return details and eligibility are outlined on our Returns page. Items must meet return requirements to be approved. Some items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items being returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
  • bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, bikini sets
  • earrings
  • all items marked "Final Sale"

Return and package protection is an optional add on available at checkout. It covers return shipping fees for eligible items and provides
reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen before delivery.

If you added return and package protection at checkout and your order is lost or stolen before delivery, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Orders without protection may require additional review.
